I would like to take this opportunity to thank Portland Block Management for their help with setting up the RTM Company, and for their efficient management of our flats and the friendly service. There has been a major improvement in all aspects of the service provided in comparison to our previous manager, and they have shown great professionalism in restoring order and proper accounting systems.
